Custom Order process

  Design and Specifications

    • Provide Design Files: If you have a design ready, provide the necessary files. These could be vector files (e.g., .AI, .EPS) or high-resolution images. If you don’t have a design, Please contact us for design service.
    • Choose Materials: Decide on the materials for your bag. Options include various fabrics (e.g., canvas, jute, drill cotton etc), linings, zippers, buckles, and other hardware.
    • Determine Dimensions: Specify the dimensions of the bag, including length, width, height, and any compartment sizes.
    • Additional Features: Decide on additional features such as pockets, straps, closures, branding (logos, labels), and custom printing or embroidery.

Quotation and Samples

  • Receive a Quote: The manufacturer will provide a quote based on your specifications. This should include costs for design, materials, labor, and shipping.
  • Request Samples: If possible, request a sample of the bag to check the quality and ensure it meets your expectations. Some manufacturers may charge for samples, which can often be deducted from the final order cost.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Finalize Shipping Details: Confirm the shipping details, including address, preferred shipping method, and estimated delivery date.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you can ask the tracking details from us.

  1. Design and Approval:

    • Design Submission: The customer is responsible for providing accurate design files and specifications. Any errors in design or specifications provided by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility.
    • Approval Process: A digital proof and/or physical sample (if requested) will be provided for approval before production begins. 
  2. Production Tolerances:

    • Color Variations: While every effort is made to ensure color accuracy, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in materials, printing processes, and monitor settings.
    • Size Tolerances: There may be minor variations in the dimensions of the final product due to the nature of the materials and the manufacturing process. These variations are within industry standards.
  3. Lead Times and Delays:

    • Estimated Lead Times: The lead times provided are estimates based on current production schedules and material availability. Delays can occur due to factors beyond the manufacturer’s control, such as supply chain disruptions or shipping delays.
    • Communication: The manufacturer will communicate any significant delays to the customer as soon as they are known.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Quality Control: The manufacturer follows stringent quality control procedures. However, the customer should inspect the final product upon receipt. Any defects or issues must be reported within 2-3 of delivery.
    • Minor Imperfections: Minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the bag may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
  5. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

    • Changes to Order: Any changes to the order after production has begun may incur additional costs and affect the delivery schedule. The customer will be informed of any additional charges and delays before changes are implemented.
    • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.
  6. Returns and Refunds:

    • Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error that deviates from the approved proof and specifications.
    • Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective, the manufacturer will replace or repair the item at no additional cost to the customer, provided the defect is reported within 2-3 of delivery.
  7. Shipping and Delivery:

    • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are also the customer’s responsibility.
    • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. The manufacturer is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that occur during shipping.
