Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges vary according to your location, quantity and weight of your order, Usually our shipping is free. For an accurate estimate of shipping charges please contact us.

Our products are available through our extensive distribution network in almost all major cities of Pakistan. We also provide our services internationally. 

We strive to deliver every order within 7-8 working days. Order delivery also depends on the delivery location and weather conditions.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation message from courier company, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

You can either choose Cash on Delivery (CoD) or pay online through your debit or credit card.

If you have submitted an online order, you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order. You can also directly contact us for the confirmation.

Return & Exchange Policy

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and that it will meet the specific requirements detailed on the product. We only accept exchange incase the product you receive is either damaged or not as per the description. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product if your shipment is damaged. Unfortunately after this period we are unable to honor a warranty claim. If blingtote determines that there was a defect in the product sold to you, we will replace the product free of charge.

Unfortunately we don’t accept return. Please ensure before ordering that the product you intend to buy is as per your requirements. Our team will always be available to guide you. Feel free to contact us anytime incase you have any queries or confusion regarding the product.
