- BlingTote reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

2. Products & Availability
- Every BlingTote product is carefully manufactured and inspected before dispatch.
- Due to the handmade nature of some products, slight variations in stitching, color, print placement, or fabric texture may occur.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
- Product availability is subject to stock.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.
4. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed:
- You will receive an order confirmation.
- Orders begin processing after confirmation.
- BlingTote reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
5. Payment Methods
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash
- EasyPaisa
- Debit/Credit Cards (where available)
Orders requiring advance payment will only be processed after payment verification.
6. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery:
- Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 1–3 business days
- Major Cities: 5-7 business days

7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout unless a free shipping promotion applies.
Free shipping promotions are subject to minimum purchase requirements.

9. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

11. Custom Orders
Custom orders are manufactured according to customer specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production.
Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
To ensure the highest quality, durability, manufacturability, and visual appeal, minor modifications to custom designs may be made by BlingTote during the production process.
These adjustments are consistent with standard practices in the fashion and manufacturing industry and may include, but are not limited to:
- Slight adjustments to artwork placement or proportions.
- Refinement of stitching, embroidery, or printing alignment.
- Modification of colors due to fabric, printing, or dyeing limitations.
- Changes to sizing or spacing of design elements.
- Selection of alternative materials, trims, or hardware of equivalent or superior quality when necessary.
- Minor aesthetic improvements to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of the product.
Such modifications are made solely to improve the final product and do not alter the overall concept, theme, or intended design of the customer’s order.
Where a requested modification would materially change the overall appearance or functionality of the product, BlingTote will seek the customer’s approval before proceeding whenever reasonably practicable.

13. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate shipping information.
- Ensure submitted artwork or logos do not infringe third-party rights.
- Carefully review order details before confirmation.
- Respond promptly to design approval requests.

We respect your privacy.
Information collected may include:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Shipping Address
- Order History
Customer information is used solely for:
- Order processing
- Customer support
- Delivery
